You can train your leg like this :

1 — High Bar Feet-Forward Smith Squat, 1.5 Method

2 — Front Squat, 50% Set

if you got 12 reps on the first set, you’ll rest one minute, and shoot for at least 6 reps on the second set.


Do 315 x 12
Rest 60 seconds
Shoot for at least 6 reps with 315.

3 — Smith Machine Hip Thrusts, 3 x 15 with 3 Second Holds

4 — Smith Machine Romanian Deadlifts, 2 x 10 with 5 Second Negatives
