then do these movements :

1.Crunch(for the upper ABS) : 3 sets of 25 reps

2.Leg Raise(for the lower ABS) : 3 sets of 25 reps

3.Plank(stabilize the core) : 3 sets of 60 sec

4.Side Plank(for the side ABS) : 3 sets of 60 sec for each side(right&left)
